Group Report for NZ Daily Zoom into the World of the Spirit - Jan 2024
We’re an active group from New Zealand but we have members from all over the world. Attendance is betwwn 70-140 depending on the day.
We meet everyday at 6.30am New Zealand time and we read 1 paragraph from pages 84-88 of the big book. So the topic is steps 10 & 11. The meeting has really helped me to focus on the Pause (Physical Action Using Spiritual Energy) – that was a gem I picked up from this meeting. It taught me that in step 11 Im praying only “for the knowledge of Gods will for me and the power to carry it out”
Focusing on the growth steps has revolutioned a=my recovery and it could for you too if you want it to. We love seeing new people at the meeting so if you’re at a loose end and wanna check us out we would make you welcome. If you get there early enough you can catch the pre meeting entertainment where I hear things like:
“My cousin David lost his ID so we’re gonna call him Dave from now on!”
