Group Report for NZ Daily Zoom into the World of the Spirit - Feb 2024
Kia Ora from New Zealand.
WOS (World of the Sprirt) is an active group of international alchies numbering between 70 and 140 daily (depending on the day). The meeting was started during lockdown in NZ when a group of committed alcoholics decided that a daily check in would be a good idea. As the restrictions were only going to last 30 days they decided to focus on pages 84 – 88 of the Big Book to help improve their inventory discipline along with prayer and meditation.
So 30 mins a day will suffice, right? After all we won’t be locked down for long and we can go back to in person meetings!

Well that was 4 years ago and we’re still here, we have home group members from all over the world. We still meet for 30 mins and we still read a paragraph a day from pages 84 – 88. We love it, and we’d love for you to come along and say HI 🙂
