Host Group Registration is Now Closed

Thank you for registering to Host for the OIAA2026 Online International Convention – all of this year’s themes are drawn from the three legacies of AA: Recovery-Service-Unity.  This year, we have approached things a bit differently, based on Host Group feedback from 2025, and have created a more structured schedule for your Group to consider.  On this form, selections are made by day, session and then format/theme. Whilst we will only ask you to Host one session, please select up to three sessions that your Group would like to be considered for.

OIAA2026 Convention Dates: Friday, 20 November, Saturday, 21 November & Sunday, 22 November.  The Unity Convention Committee will begin to assign Host Groups, from the end of May 2026, based on a first come first serve basis and by their selected sessions to avoid overlap and provide a variety of group and Country representation. Each session time slot is 1hr and 15min in duration. The deadline to submit your group’s registration is Monday, 25 May 2026. (12 noon edt).

Please note that all Host Group service members must be working from a PC or Laptop (Tablets or Phones are not suitable for this purpose).
