Submit a New Online Meeting

If you have an AA group that meetings digitally — via phone, chat, video conference, etc — please share participation information with us, so we can include it in the Online AA directory.

Your listing will not appear immediately. Please allow time for it to be reviewed. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Please read the guidelines before submitting your meetings, and submit any edits to existing meeting through the general contact form.

If your group conducts both Open and Closed meetings, select the "Open" radio button below and describe your Closed meetings under "Description." Alternatively, submit your closed meetings separately. Check all that apply.

Group Contact Information

Provide a web address (full URL), an email address, or both so that directory users can find you. If you leave both blank, or if you provide an email address that includes the full name of an AA member, your submission will be rejected.
Provide the link for the online meeting (eg Zoom or XAT link) or, if you have one, a link to more information about your digital group (eg http://aafriends.webs.com/). Please include "http://" or "https://" at the beginning of the URL. If you do not have a link, please enter "N/A"
Provide an email address so that directory users can contact you. If you provide an email address that includes the full name of an AA member, your submission will be rejected.
If your meeting is available via phone dial-in, include those details here (eg "1-415-762-9988").
If your meeting/conference requires an access code or participant ID, include that here (e.g. "687118144#")
The city/state in which your meeting is originally located. Example: Minneapolis/MN or Cairo/Egypt
eg. USA EDT/EST, Europe Central CET, Asia JST, etc

Organizer / Chair Information

The following is for Online Intergroup use only and will not appear on the public pages of the web site. You must provide at least a Primary Contact name and email address. We suggest that you provide an alternate name and email address as well. Periodic update inquiries that go unanswered for 7 days will cause your entry to be deactivated. After 30 days, your entry will be deleted.
