FINANCE COMMITTEE ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2023-2024

Assisted with finance section of Guidelines.
Initiated and filed required annual NJ charitable registration.
Created and documented vendor process.
Created, distributed, and compiled budget process.
Provided monthly budget variance, balance sheet, and contributions.
Procured new electronic payment platform, Stripe.
Administered Upwork interpretation for more than 50% savings.
Initiated independent internal financial review.
Filed all prior years and current year tax returns to be current.
Changed Finance Committee meeting time to accommodate international members.
