Randy previewed OIAA Online convention video. Discussion followed:

Nancy suggested we speak the dates of the convention

Beth and Jules said the lack of explanation about the themes and how groups will participate is troubling.

Lesliee needs to redraft the email for clarity.

Nona suggested that we don’t use the word “marketing” maybe Attraction or PSAs

Emphasize registration in all PSA materials
