New Business

• Jen H requests consideration for reducing the Unity Committee Meetings to one per month – this is to reduce the time burden on members also involved in working groups for the convention, liaison work and IGR Workshops.  

  • Motion:  To hold one full Unity Committee meeting per month on the third Sunday, 2pm est with a hard stop at 3.30pm (if needed).  To be put forward as a motion to vote at the next meeting, Sat, 1 August 2026 at 1:00pm EDT
