Members needing interpretation must request two weeks in advance by emailing:

1:00pm ET – The Unity Chair Jen H opens the meeting with the Declaration of Unity and reminds members to select their interpretation channel if needed.

  • Move to approve the minutes as a true reflection of the meeting and a second to pass.

• • OIAA2026 Convention Chair (minimum 5 years sobriety required)

  • Unity Liaison Coordinator (minimum 2 years sobriety required)

  • OIAA2026 Creatives & Communications Coordinator (minimum 1 year sobriety required)
