O, A, CH, AV 5th Dimension Group

The 5th Dimension Young People's Group of AA is a speaker & discussion meeting that meets every Wednesday at 8:30PM CST/9:30PM EST and every Saturday at 1PM CST/2PM EST.
The Wednesday meeting usually includes an ASL interpreter - the Saturday meeting does not.
We also have a secret Facebook group for building community. If you'd like an invite, you will need to send a friend request to one of us so we can add you. Come to a meeting and friend a member!

Saturday meetings discuss topics from As Bill Sees It and other AA publications. Chairman selects various readings to guide discussion on chosen topic.
At Tuesday meetings, members share what it was like, what happened and what its like now.
Meetings are for 90 minutes with a short break about half way through. Skype participation is audio only to protect anonymity. C, A, AV AA Book Reading Group

Our group meets every Sunday at 8 PM Eastern. We read conference approved A.A. Literature and discuss it. Currently we are reading Big Book stories from the early editions (links to the readings are provided.

New members most welcome.

Mission Statement: This group originated in Continental Europe in 2010 to primarily serve women who live in non-English speaking countries or who have difficulty accessing English-speaking meetings in person.

Meeting Format: All meetings are 1-hour long with a chairperson that follows a format. The theoretical attendance limit is 25 (Skype's limit), but can range from 15-20+ depending on the strength of the internet connection.

This is a Skype meeting held every Thursday at 8pm in Japanese time. This is one hour meeting. We use the AA literature, "DAILY REFLECTIONS". We read today's reading and share. New to A.A.? Maybe you do not have a Higher Power and you do not want to search for one? Join us for the Beginners Meeting. We host two Skype meetings every week. These meetings are special composition, serving beginners who are agnostics and atheists.

SUNDAY - 7 PM (eastern standard time zone)
At the Sunday meeting we read excerpts from the A.A. publication “Alcoholics Anonymous” (known by the nickname “Big Book”) and then we discuss the readings. The meetings are organized into six sessions to discuss all of A.A.s 12 Steps.
1st week - Powerlessness (Step 1)
2nd week - Spirituality (Steps 2 and 3)
3rd week - Inventory (Steps 4 and 5)
4th week - Change (Steps 6 and 7)
5th week - Restitution (Steps 8 and 9)
6th week - Maintenance (Steps 10, 11, 12)

WEDNESDAY - 7 PM (eastern standard time zone)
At the Wednesday meeting we read a chapter a week from the A.A. publication “Living Sober”. After the reading we discuss the chapter.
